MANAGEMENT OF (INTERNATIONAL) PROJECTS
Certified in PRINCE2 (Project Management) I provide project management services in all phases of your projects: design, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
In addition to budget estimation and monitoring tasks, I support you in other standard project management tasks, including planning and supervision of project team's activities, setting up and monitoring of key performance indicators, deliverables, risk management, contracts, reporting; liaising with partners, clients, subcontractors, etc.
TRAINING DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT... tailored to your needs!
I support you in the design, planning, monitoring and evaluation of training activities, tailored to the identified needs, objectives and characteristics of your teams.
A comprehensive Training Needs Assessment (TNA) is carried out prior to any training activity. Either via the face-to-face or remote modalities, the effectiveness and efficiency of the designed training is ensured using quality methods of instruction, adapted to the participants and training context.
A final evaluation and follow-up of the training is carried out at the closure phase, in order to assess training performance, draw lessons-learnt and issue recommendations, etc.

My versatile professional background is built upon three core pillars: linguistics, (international) project management and professional training. Passionate about language and human communication, linguistics is the guiding thread around which my various tools and know-how revolve.
If accurately used, this unique human instrument turns possibilities into tangible realities; connects people under a common goal; makes it possible to analyze, conceptualize, formalize, communicate and, finally, ensures knowledge transmission... a prerequisite for cohesion and sustainability of projects.
At the practical level, I count on several years of experience in project management and professional training within INTERPOL, in diverse educational environment (private, school, university, etc.) and in several countries in Europe and America. Latin.
I undertake these activities with dynamism, integrity and respect in order to create the best possible conditions for constructive human collaboration, in a positive working space for each team member.
Having lived in several countries in Europe and Latin America (Venezuela, Mexico, Spain, France, Ireland and the Netherlands), I have a keen interest for intercultural contexts as well as a great adaptation capacity.
